Riung Nature Park, located on the north coast of Flores Island has great potential as an ecotourism object. And to this day still very natural Riung without many artificial facilities supporting tourism. Therefore, tourist interest khususlah which most tourists who visit Riung.
Once designated as a conservation area since 1983, the attention of governments and NGOs such as WWF (World Wild Fund) are more focused on the preservation of the marine park island 17 Riung so that people living inland conservation areas get less attention.
Marine Park Riung average of 3000-4000 tourists visited by foreigners with a stay of 2 nights per year. The tourists who come there are generally from the east Flores (Maumere) and then with a chartered four-wheel vehicle across the road.
